2020 Kia Sorento is impressively well-appointed across every trim near Toronto ONMar 26th, 2020
Kia progressively improves its impressive models year after year, and this holds true for the 2020 Kia Sorento. The Sorento for 2020 is a continuation of the model’s third generation, which debuted in 2015. A substantial facelift in 2018 modernized its design and features, and a few modest style updates have been made to the current Sorento.
These updates are found across the exterior and elevate the Sorento’s appeal. Specifically, the headlights, taillights and bumpers have been restyled. At the front end, the chrome-on-black color scheme for the bowtie grille is set off by the bold new look of the angled headlights. These multi-elemental lights show off a gorgeous LED beam on their lower surface. Below the grille and headlights, a black air vent turns down dramatically at the edges, and it is flanked by small, piercing foglamps that are set in a C-shaped portal. At the rear, an LED light ribbon wraps around taillights, which show off an innovative, multi-bar design. The rear bumper has a black mesh feature, a metallic skid plate, a chrome exhaust finisher and chrome-accented turning signals.
In addition to these changes, Kia has updated the trim line for the 2020 model year. The current trims from top to bottom are the SX, EX, S V6, LX and L. Equipment across the carryover trims is unchanged, which means that you can take advantage of your choice of powertrains depending on the trim that you drive home in. The top trims are outfitted with an 8-speed auto transmission combined with a V6, 3.3-liter engine. It produces 290 horsepower with exceptional agility and responsiveness.
The 2020 Sorento is impressively well-appointed across every trim. Some of the equipment that you could take advantage of in your new SUV includes voice commands for the navigation system, wireless device charging, an 8-inch display screen, remote keyless entry, a push-button ignition, Apple CarPlay with Android Auto, a power liftgate, fold-flat seats in the rear rows, USB and auxiliary ports, numerous storage areas, a standard or upgraded audio system, mounted steering wheel controls, heated and powered seats in the front row, hands-free Bluetooth tech and other desired items.
