We wanted to update you on our commitment to the health and safety of our guests who have continually supported us throughout the years. With the uncertainty of the COVID-19 situation, we are continually monitoring the updates from the World Health Organization and the various levels of government in Canada and are taking extra precautionary measures to keep our dealership safe for our employees and our customers.
At this time, we are continuing standard operations across our property while implementing additional measures that will help to ensure that you and your vehicle will receive advanced cleaning protocols along with additional hygiene measures in our areas of operations. This is our foremost priority while we provide our guests with normal day to day services.

What we are doing:
All team members are being instructed to remain at home if they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or similar symptoms. They are being encouraged to follow the guidelines that health organizations have outlined in terms of self-isolation and care. Employees that return from vacation are being asked to follow self-isolation processes as necessary.
We’re ensuring that our staff maintain the highest standards of hygiene, including: practicing proper and frequent hand washing; eliminating physical interactions such as handshakes; and encouraging staff and guest interaction to be within the guidelines of safe social distancing. You will find hand-sanitizers through out the dealership.
Your vehicle will be protected through seat covers and steering wheel covers. Your steering wheel, buttons and door will be wiped down as the last step of service and sales.
We have increased the frequency and diligence with which we clean shared spaces and frequently used surfaces such as door handles, payment terminals, and washrooms.
Shortened Store Operating Hours
In order to reduce exposure and keep our customers and staff safe we will be reducing our store hours open to the public.
The store will be closing each day at 8PM. If you feel more comfortable coming into the dealership while closed to the general public, we are welcoming guests by appointment only in the evening each day. Please check our current store hours on the website and feel free to reach out to us for more information.
While our physical showroom here on 5500 Dixie Road, Mississauga does remain open we are currently operating with fewer on-site staff and we utilize around the clock deep clean and sanitation efforts. We have also enhanced our digital online showroom at 401 Dixie Kia to make it easier than ever to explore, shop, build, price and request more information on your next vehicle purchase or automotive service. Our team remains fully accessible through the methods most practical and convenient to you including email, phone, text or general inquiries through our website, online retail partners as well as through social media channels.
In addition, because we know seasonal tire changes, regularly scheduled maintenance services and Motor Vehicle Inspections are still required, we are taking additional measures in our Parts and Service departments to protect you and our team. From complimentary valet pick-up and drop-off service to enhanced personal protective equipment for our technicians, we are ready to work with you in any and every way with the most safe, comfortable and sanitary conditions as possible.

Service & Parts will be open 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:00am to 12:00pm Saturday.
Sales will be open 10:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Thursday; 10:00am to 6:00pm Friday and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday. We will accept appointments for Sunday, otherwise we will be closed.
Sales will offer after hours service by appointment only to keep the number of people within the sales department to a minimum.
